Happy One Year Wedding Anniversary Prince William and Kate Middleton
Hundreds of thousands gathered in the crowd and billions watched on television as a stunning Kate stepped from her car in front of Westminster Abbey in her beautiful white wedding dress.
James Pryce who styled Kate's hair not only for her wedding day but throughout her Canadian tour said the duchess' has become a real style icon over the past year.
"She has "fantastic" hair and was great to work with" he also added that "She's a natural."
The first 12 months as a member of the British royal family contained many first for Kate some of which include her first Christmas at the Sandringham royal estate, in eastern England.
While William served in the Falklands as a search and rescue pilot, Kate also conducted her first engagements with the queen.
Catherine also chose her first patronages, which included her interest in children and arts.
"We were all very impressed with the way she was immediately able to establish a rapport with the children and families here in the hospice in Milton," said Graham Butland, chief executive of East Anglia's Children's Hospices which was the location of Kate's first solo speech.
From baby rumors to adding a new puppy to their family, it's been one fast busy year for the Duke and Duchess. Good luck to them both and here's to many more.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will spend part of the weekend with friends in London however Sunday they will return home in Anglesey, on the Welsh coast, where they will spend a quite evening together.
